Returns & Refund Policy

Bottled cylinder gas is governed under the Supply of Weights and Measures Consumable Products Act and due to the precise weight and volume conditions governed by this Act, all full returned cylinders MUST be re-processed through the filling plant to ensure volume accuracy before re-sale is allowed. Due to the incurrence of this cost, a 50% refund is only available on ANY full cylinders returned after the point of delivery.


LPG Equipment & Appliances
Upon receipt of delivery, you MUST inform us of any defects or damages of the equipment within 24 hours, where upon, we will arrange for the collection of the same and/or provide a replacement of the damaged part(s) or a complete replacement of the appliance. If however, you are not happy with your purchase and providing you have not operated the gas appliance equipment by way of burning any source of LPG through the appliance, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods, only upon after returning the equipment at your cost to our registered address and providing the equipment is as NEW condition with all original packaging in tact. However, we cannot provide or offer any refund whatsoever if the appliance has been used which therefore renders the equipment second hand and unable for resale.
